Saison is a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat before a flight. You order your food and drinks from and iPad and it's promptly delivered to you.
I was there and had two eggs over medium. The dish came with potatoes, bacon, and wheat toast. I appreciated that it was served hot considering that the restaurant was packed.
My only challenge is that they are serving to a captive audience and charge accordingly.
