Most terrible restaurant I've ever been to! Customer service was absolutely terrible. Out of our party of 4, only one order was correct and when confronted, the tiny douchebag of a manager insisted that we the customers were the ones wrong. After finally getting a refund for the missing items we had already paid for (40 minutes), we left and will most assuredly never return. Thanks for making my first experience on the east coast a terrible one.

A little on the pricey side, but you are in an airport, so kinda what you would expect. I like the windows overlooking the airplanes (request a window seat if possible). You order and pay directly on the ipads, which is convenient. Burgers were pretty good, but I did think the beer was overpriced...again, you are in an airport. Kind of a rock n roll vibe. On a side note, I am always psyched when I fly United out of Newark and get to kill time in this terminal...definitely WAY better than the other terminals in this airport!

Decent burgers, good beer selection, but very pricey. Beer is cheaper on the airplane, which seems wrong.
Payment is through the goofy iPad system that is ubiquitous in EWR, but the good thing about it was that we paid with miles from United Mileageplus. We also zeroed out the tip that gets automatically added to the bill...before you even get your food. We paid our server a cash tip instead.
