Saint Francis Preparatory School

As a die hard pessimist- it takes alot to impress me- and Prep has never failed to hit the mark on so many levels. Academics, the guidance department, the Football program and faculty support have been exceptional. Sending my son their was one the best decisions Ive made as a parent- and I will not hesitate to send my younger son there as well.

This school only caters to the mid to high ideal cookie cutter student. I personally did not receive substantial help after receiving a diagnosis of a leaning disability, which was also the case for some other students who had emotional disorders. However, the large student body allows for most everyone to find a niche, with what seemed in my time there, minimal bullying.

The multiple scandals tied to this school should make everyone applying second guess their selection, I attended the school during one of them.

Bottom Line: Academics are good/okay; the administration systematically fails to protect students on a social level; the large student body may or may not make up for some shortcomings.
