Nothing can be kept a secret in this school. If you got into any sort of trouble, you would be labeled by most of the teachers as a trouble maker. They make parents pay for unworthy events. And if your child doesn't attend it, they punish your child by making him do work. And if you do not have it done by the next day you would get a mark in the conduct book. And the events are trash and is not worth paying for. And most of the teachers in that school gossip, so you better make sure your child is 100% perfect. Specifically in the upper grades, not really in the lower grades. But, the current principal is a really nice guy. I wish all the upper grade teachers could be like him. The only reason why I gave this school a two star is because of him.

I mean this school is very decent for children and young people in middle schools. They have smartboards a computer lab, and other activitie such as recess and music. They have ESL which could help students who don't speak english. The have Title 1 Reading and Math for students who struggle and they have Aquinas and Junior Programs for children who are above average. It also has student council for the student to have a say in parties and other activities such as Sports Day and the Carnivals. Overall this school is very great for education and fun. This school has changed from the way it was before. All the teachers are qualified and have degrees. The tutors are not volunteers, but qualified eduated teachers.

I too atended this school in the 80's however I had a much differnt experiance. I loved Mrs. Pitaro. Not only was she a great principal she was always avaiable when students needed anything. The parents that tutored after school were volunteers that gave there time. We excelled academically and were taught character and morals. I feel the years I had at St. Elizabeth were a blessing. I wish my own children who currently attend public school could have the wonderful oppurtunities I was allowed at St. Elizabeth.

- Terrible #70174
I attended St. Elizabeth's School from 1985 until 1991. Hardly any of the teaching staff had a degree, the extra help classes were taught by mother's of some of the students--and were not qualified. The principal at the time, Ann J. Pitaro was completely incompetent, and more often than not, unreasonable. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to leave that awful school and attend public schools, where I had the opportunity to excel.
