I think Safavieh has beautiful things. And I think our salesperson, Esther was pretty amazing. However I had a horrible customer service experience that I need to share. We purchased two custom high end Henredon sofas. The little casters on the English legs broke and I have spent nearly 8 months trying to have them replace them. The store, their corporate customer service rep have done nothing. They claim to have 'returned our calls' NEVER EVER EVER and each time I talked to someone there, was assured there would be immediate attention paid to it. Really, I just need these two replacement casters. Originally I lived near the store and was going to have them replace them for me. Now I live far away and I'm stuck. So the only thing I can do really is post this review and say that I had a very bad experience. I reached out to Henredon and they told me to call the location I purchased them from. Hence I will NEVER buy anything Henredon or Safavieh again.
