S. Robert Rozbruch, MD

Dr. S. R. Rozbruch was investigated by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct (O.P.M.C.) of New York. They wanted a written statement. He was not truthful in his statement, and he then had his physician assistant, Dustin Quig sign to concur with what he wrote.

Why don't you tell everyone the role you played in intentionally harming your patient's care with another surgeon (when that surgeon contacted you to obtain the patient's history)? How that plan got suddenly changed, after he spoke to you, when you deliberately gave him the wrong advice, to turn the pending medical malpractice suit against you (that surgeon was not aware of) in your favor, and alleviate yourself of having to pay a grossly large settlement? Why don't you tell the world the lie you told that surgeon, which forced the patient back into your care, for additional surgery, which you happily performed? Then, when you got caught, the real reason behind the change of heart to help and how you quickly tossed your patient out on the street still injured, barring her from care, as if to say, "Sue me, sue me, anything...just get out of here.".

Your comment below - blah blah blah blah blah. You purposely avoid mention that you are the first surgeon and brought me into the O.R. eight separate occasions for nine major surgeries, more than any surgeon between or after you. I walked and stood up straight when I first came to your office. There would be no need for any additional surgeons, ever, had you done your job. This just shows how easy it is for you to sleep at night knowing all of this, that your frame is still attached to my leg and you wouldn't even so much as HELP to extract an infected pin you installed in my bone at your hospital, because you hope, wish and secretly dream to run out the clock on the new statute, so close huh. maybe you secretly dream of a worse fate for me? What kind of human being, especially a surgeon does that?

Dr. Rozbruch is in a word amazing. For the past 8 years he has demonstrated a level of professionalism and caring that is beyond and above anything I have ever experienced before. I am positive that we could not have gone through these numerous procedures if it wasn't for Dr. Rozbruch and his amazing staff.

Dr. Rozbruch is one of the best medical professionals I have ever been under the care of in my life. I have had several very complex procedures done by him and always liked his approach to addressing my needs. He is often the doctor of last resort which is how I met him originally. Dr. Rozbruch always has a positive attitude and makes the patient comfortable with what he is doing by explaining in terms that a non-medical person. like me, would understand. I would recommend him to anyone in need of Orthopedic help.

Doctor Rozbruch gave me my life back. we mapped out a strategy that involed a right hip replacement ( left had been done 3 years ago by another surgeon with a terrible outcome) as well as a reconstructive surgery on my left leg to correct a valgus deformity.
We started the process in Feb.2015 with the hip replacement follwed by the left leg in May : I am exactly 6 months post op from the left leg surgery and i am a new person. I walk with wonderful posture and purpose! My back pain has been almost eradicated (no need for pain shots anymore) and I feel stronger than ever. It was a difficult process however I am clear that if I wasnt under the care of such a gifted surgeon my outcome may have been different. His care pre-op and post-op was fantastic. Our daughter has seen Dr. Rozbruch since she was 3. She had major limb-lengthening surgery with him last year. We travel all the way from Virginia to be in his care. He is a wonderful and knowledgable doctor. We would not let any other surgeon touch our girl. His staff was always available to us and answered my e-mail questions within minutes of my sending them! HIs office may be busy but I consider that a sign that he is a doctor in demand and he spends quality time with us each visit and doesn't ever make us feel like we are being rushed out of the door.He always explains things clearly and answers all the questions that we have. He takes time to ask our daughter questions about herself and treat her like a person not just a patient. My daughter is running and playing with her classmates because of Dr. Rozbruch.
