Rutherford Heights

We have been living in Rutherford heights since April 2013 and so far we had a pleasant stay. It is one of the best places to stay for those who need to commute to NYC for work. Safe, secured and well maintained community. One problem I am seeing recent days is water supply getting stopped without prior notice and also without proper ETA. Sometimes it takes 2 to 5 hours to get the water supply restored which is really frustrating. Management should take this problem seriously.

I have been staying here for about a year.
It has been overall a good experience, however being able to get in touch with leasing office staff has been a real challenge.

Most of the times nobody answers the phone and if I go to the office directly, I find nobody at the office (or nobody opens the door)

I have been staying in Rutherford Heights from last 6 years. Even though usually I do not write reviews (good or bad), I feel obliged to write today considering the work done by maintenance team this year when we had worst of winters. Snow removal happened within hours (even during early mornings and over weekends) from parking lot and walkways after each snowfall and salt was sprinkled on a regular basis. Extra construction equipment was brought in to shovel tons of snow which otherwise would have caused chaos.

This place was always a great location to stay considering its proximity to NYC, nice neighborhood and availability of groceries, restaurants and pharmacies within a mile. It has become more sought after ever since new manager ‘Gean Carlo’ has joined. Maintenance issues are being addressed very professionally and even the calls made over weekends are being handled within hours. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hi had the privilege of living in Rosewood Terrace for 9 mo. and must say the management, maintainance and neighbors where all wonderful, the only reason we moved was because we became eligible for senior housing, we had no problem getting our security back and would and have recommended anyone to move there. Jim & his staff can be proud.
