This Russian restaurant was recommended to me by my friend Sergey who is Russian and a local. It is the first Russian place I have ever been to. I can’t tell you what I had but I loved all of it. There was a soup made from potatoes which particularly stand out in my mind and also a dish made with pork and mushrooms. I will be adding this place to my rotation of regular dining spots.

There are several Russian eateries in Brooklyn but this one has everything that one would expect. Great food, good service that is timely but not rushed and ambiance. You must try the borscht. It is the best around.

We came here with a party of four with no reservation. The place was busy but they managed to seat us after a short wait. The menu offers many dishes from the Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Turkey. We shared many dishes which is encouraged. All of them were delicious but the one outstanding was a stuffed cabbage dish. We will definitely be returning.

We have eaten at this Russian place several times and have enjoyed everything about it. The food is excellent and the service is spot on. Try the Stroganoff if they have it. You will not be sorry!

This place is great. It was my first visit to a Russian Café but it won’t be my last. The borsht was excellent as were some dumplings that were served with caviar. I think they are blinis but I am not sure. Like I said, I am a first timer. Service was friendly in a Russian sort of way. Overall we both loved it.
