We rented an RV from William for 10 day trip to Florida. He provided us competitive price and was nice to deal with. RV was clean and most of the functionality worked fine during our trip. He even provided us a bike rack for free. There was a minor incident and William asked for a very reasonable charge. We would definitely recommend him.

William was very fair and easy to deal with. The RV was clean and in great shape. We had no issues whatsoever on our 4 day trip for a music festival at Watkins glen. Shop around if you want, but William will be the most fair. Some places may be cheaper up front, but once you return it there's hidden fees for generator use mileage pumping etc. William stuck by his quote and I was only charged a small fee for going over miles, which was clearly stated in the contract. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

We researched renting an RV for a very long time. Our family of five finally bit the bullet and rented from Ruisi and William for a five week trip down to the Everglades then back up the east coast. Not only was our trip an experience of a lifetime, but we couldn't have done it without William! He's an honest and wonderful person to work with! He stuck to his prices and even gave us a larger RV for the price of a smaller one. He knew we would need something larger and we really did. He walked us through everything we would need to know and then some. While on the road, we encountered a couple hiccups, but William was great and very easy to work with on those as well.
We have told all our friends about Ruisi and we can't wait to rent from them again. Great, honest people!!
