This place is a joke!!!!! To say that It seems like it's run by chimps would be an insult to chimps. I ordered 5 bolts for a total of $12. I was told they were backordered. I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks so I called them. They said they had no record of my order. So they resubmitted it. A month later I got a double order and when I called them they said to send one back on my own dime. I was told that the higher charge of $27 would be put back on my card. 3 weeks later I called because my card hadn't been credited. They said their records showed they had. So I called my bank and they said that there was a $12 credit pending. When I emailed them to ask why I wasn't getting my full credit they said they dont refund shipping. so I emailed them back asking why I should have to pay for their mistake. They didn't even have the common courtesy to respond. So in the end I paid for shipping 3 times. In total it finally ended up costing me $50 and took almost 3 mounths.
