Royal Regency Hotel

The rooms are nice and comfy. Staff are very pleasant. Location is great near Washington heights.

Very nice room for a party. The only thing I would question is the valet parking. Needs a little more work.

There is nothing royal about this Hotel. Hands down the worst service in the hotel industry. here is why!
My church held an event there recently 11/13-probably that was not a Good date..lol. The event started at 7pm. They started serving us around 9pm- first was the soup ( can soup) that soup had so much salt you would to get your blood pressure checked. There was no water on the table, the soup was cold and they poured the soup while you are at the table so of course it spilled while they were serving. The waiter and waitress have no idea of what service is...no manners, they spoke to the patrons with such disrespect it was shocking. Then there was dinner served at 10pm, salmon, steak or chicken. Salmon was raw, steak was dry and the chicken was well...no words to describe it..I would never ask this hotel to cater any event. Not sure if its a club or a hotel. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL OR ANY CATERED EVENT-THE FOOD IS BAD AND THE SERVICE IS WORSE

Rooms are nice. The sliding doors behind the bathroom sink that open to the room are trendy (and weird). No HD channels even though the room had a brand new LED TV.
