A holdover from when Fulton Street was grittier, they're tucked away, almost invisibly, in a corner as you exit the subway. You won't find them hawking froo-froo products on the shelves or someone whose only job is to escort you from the door the the sink. Instead you get old NY cool for a reasonably priced haircut. Walk in from the street, down the stairs and follow the signs for the subway. Can't miss it.
