While they have some great Caribbean food and delicious fresh baked bread, this restaurant is what gives Black people a bad name! YOU ARE A BAKERY!! Why in the cotton pickin hell do you not have bread fresh baked and ready for the customers from early in the morning??? I called this morning (just like many mornings) to hear that we have to wait til 1 for the bread to be ready. You call at 1 and they tell you 3. You call at 3 and it's still not ready. This place is UNPROFESSIONAL! The only explanation for this is utter laziness and lack of business acumen. Which bakery other than these fools does this lazy ass n****r shit! They get away with it because they are the only ones in the neighborhood. But my lord am I waiting for a rival because I CANNOT UNDERSTAND how a BAKERY does NOT HAVE BREAD READY IN THE MORNING!! Are you kidding???? No they are not. Get yourself together Roti On The Run--your baker should be in the shop at 5am and bread ready to eat for whenever the hell you open! You don't get to just come in and bake bread at your leisure. YOU ARE A BUSINESS THAT SERVES CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS! You would have gotten 5 stars for great food, but you get 2 stars for how ridiculously unprofessional and clearly lazy in your business style. GET IT TOGETHER! Otherwise I am going to find another bakery and put up signs all around town telling people I will deliver fresh bread to them since YOU CLEARLY CAN'T. Also, if I come there again when I walked 10 blocks to get to you for bread and there's no bread, I am going to raise bloody hell!! I WANT MY BREAD!!! BAKE THE DAMN BREAD FROM EARLY IN THE MORNING!!! WTH IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!

Spent a week in NY and came here everyday once u found this place. Looking forward to coming again whenever I'm in the area.

Roti tastes like glie. Not flaky at all. The polourie is salty and the bread the bake is soft like slice bread. It only has business cause there is no compition. How can you call yourself a roti shop when your roti is nasty, and serve stale food.
