This place is a little archaic - it's a throwback to a different time in Brooklyn's history - with it's drive-thru but the service is top notch. They'll bring food to your table if you're staying and treat you as if you're in an actual restaurant. It's quality food for fast food and they also serve Fish and Chips for when you can't eat meat (Lent). I think if you come to visit New York and want a "famous" Nathan's hot dog you're better of coming here then the one in Coney Island. You'll have a better experience and won't get mobbed.

I had the 2 hotdog chili cheese fries! Delicious!!! And the customer service was even better. We were treated like everyday, long time customers on our first visit. And they served us at our table. My new favorite Nathan's loc.!!!!!!!

When you order a combo-meal make sure you ask what comes with your order FREE of CHARGE, because they will tell you all sorts if things come with your combo meal, and after you order them all, thinking they are part of the combo meal, they will charge you for them without giving you notice that these are extras. The one that did this to me was a skinny indian chick. The food was ok as always. This comments are for the 86 street place, the one in Coney Island is ok.

It's the worst. They get orders wrong. Rip you off. They're apathetic. Dirty. Unhealthy. The health dept. getting call from me.
