very disappointed in the professionalism and organization of staff. A visit to a doctor is useless if the staff are unprofessional, do not communicate well, and worst of all, do not communicate billing. I have been redirected to their billing department for all kinds of discrepancies and errors made by their staff to never have them call me back. When asking their staff what happened, they just continue to take me on a 3 month detour of loop-de-loops between offices/departments where no one takes accountability.

For something as serious and complex as the US healthcare system where you need process and procedure between doctor's office, insurance companies, labs, etc. communicated to you so you are aware of what's happening, their staff does a terribly low quality job.

Absolutely the most incompetent people I have ever worked with in my entire life. All my billing was messed up and the receptionists were of no help. I had blood work done and they sent it to a lab that was out of network for me when they knew my insurance and could have sent it to one that would of covered me. Then stuck me with thousands of dollars in bills for being out of network.

Third World Medical. I only saw Dr. Chinai 3x, and not commenting on his abilities or care, but dealing with his laughably dysfunctional office made me switch practitioners. They sent my blood work out of network without my knowledge casuing me to wiggle out of a $1000. bill, they schedule appts for 'anytime the afternoon' (sic), then you show up and they wonder why you're here and what for. Sorry. This is a postmodern simulacrum of medical care.
