There was a fire at the hotel! Absolutely nothing was done to compensate guests. The heat in our room barely worked. The staff was super rude and barely spoke english.

Cheap Service!!!! The place seems old. The crew is not kind and friendly. I'd rather sleep at the bus station than this place. Go somewhere else, really!

Thank god i was only there for one nite...the place was disgusting...the rooms were dirty and the bathroom shower curtain had mold on it...there was no coffee in the morning...advertising sucks..will never go there again...would rather sleep in my car than stay there again...

It wasn't too bad at all. The only problem I incurred was that the people who work the lobby doesn't speak English too well. So I had a hard time communicating to them. Besides that I really enjoyed my room. It was big, had a flat screen TV, huge bathroom... it was very nice. I have no complaints. The breakfasts were great, you had a lot to pick from and it was very yummy. The price is great because you are located one block away from the bus station to take you to NYC. I can give this place a 4.5/5 if I could have.
