Worse experience ever!! They have the receptionists overbook patients and make wait without notifying. Also send you out for unnecessary lab testings. Waste of time and money. This is definitely a money hungry business. Also horrible customer service. Not coming here ever again!!

The doctors are fine, the staff is pleasant but the wait is inexcusable. Nothing can justify a consistent wait time of 2 hours. I have to find another doctor who respects the fact that my time is also important. I have gone to 2 of the top doctors at Mt Sinai and never had to wait more than 20 minutes.
