HotYoga4You RVC

I began going to HotYoga4You RVC around 2004/2005. I have been to other studios and this is the best one by far! I do not live close and the drive is definitely worth it. The instructors are excellent, the studio is clean and the class schedule is so convenient. The studio has been so accommodating. I love the 60 minute class and the new music class. The music class is a great new addition. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. Thank you for always having excellent classes!

I recently signed up for an introductory package for this location through a livingsocial offer. I am definitely not an expert but I wanted to try something new that was different from the aerobics classes that I usually take.
On the first day that I arrived parking was a bit confusing despite the fact that I reviewed the parking map on their website (by the second class finding parking was a breeze).
The studio is located in a walk up and you have to ring a buzzer in order to enter. There are several changing stalls and bathrooms through out. But their is only one main studio where classes are given. The facility was always kept clean from what I saw but I never got the chance to use the shower area.
The staff was pretty friendly but one instructor (I believe his name was Chris) was funny and good at giving instruction. Being new to Bikram yoga I definitely was comfortable taking the classes amongst those who were much more experienced because the instructors provided helpful advice throughout my visit .
They do have items for sale on site such as yoga mats and water bottles but after pricing a few things I would definitely say come prepared and buy your mat elsewhere! The mats sold there where about $20.00.

I absolutely love the 60 minute hot yoga classes offered at 10am at the HotYogaYou location in Rockville Centre, NY. I give the studio 5 stars and have one special request. I wish you could offer 10am classes every morning. As a mother, I am always rushing in the morning trying to get my daughter ready for school. Once she leaves, I am cleaning up the mess that was left in getting her ready. By the time I am done straightening up, I barely have time to get myself ready for the 9:30am class. Plus the 9:30am class is 90 minutes long and honestly that is too long for me because I have such a busy schedule between being a mother, working, volunteering, and going to grad school full-time. I love hot yoga because of all its amazing benefits but most of all, I love it because it is the one hour a day I devote just to myself without any distractions from the outside world. As they say in class, it is a 60 minute mediation. With such a hectic schedule, I need the yoga in my life to keep me balanced and healthy. Therefore, please consider offering a 10am class every morning for 60 minutes. Thank you for listening, Namaste ☺
