Rockaway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I had to give it 1 star because I can't leave ZERO! I arrived at my 7:30am appt on time to change my water pump and it is now 1pm. They didn't have to find the problem because I told them what it was. After 5 hours waiting I asked the manager what was the holdup his reply was "it could be a stripped bolt". WTF!! This is the first time anybody has been under the hood of my car, so why is their "professional" stripping my bolts. People should stay away from this place unless you like to be spoon fed bs. I purchased my first jeep in 1999 and have always been fond of this car company, but my lease is up in 11 months and this repair shop has left me with a bad taste and will probably go with another company come December.

This dealership has met and exceeded my expectations. I went in not expecting to come away with a car at all, just to browse. But the floor manager would not let me leave without the price that I demanded. Now I own a brand new wrangler and I couldn't be happier. The sales manager and I spoke and I really got the impression they are trying to turn this dealership around, despite the earlier negative reviews. The staff was courteous and relatable. I definitely recommend this dealer.

Listen I usually don't do this but I have to warn others. The car sales business is grimy. I respect any man's hustle to make money, but to rob your customer is outrageous. I came hear to purchase a challenger. First they give you the bs about how much you looking to put down. Then next is we can work with you. So since I know that's bullshit I brought a friend with me who worked in the field. These dudes tried to rob me they tacked on 4000 dollars more to the sticker. Then gave me a lease for 60 months at 659, or 39 months for 799! In other words on a lease your responsible for half the cars value. If you do the math that's almost 40 thousands. The car is 50. Then at the end of this lease I would have owed 25 grand. Now why would you screw your clients over,and expect them to come back. Just my advice don't mess with these dudes. Unless you don't mind giving your hard earned money away.

The worst car buying experience; rather the worst ATTEMPT to buy a car. Salesman was nice enough but when it came down to getting a price from them it was literally the theatre of the absurd. The general manager was unprofessional, rude and condescending. He acted as though he was doing me a favor; he would not even walk over to me to discuss the price. If I had a question, I had to go to his "throne" to get an answer. He obviously could not be bothered selling me a car (Jeep Cherokee) and acted like it was an inconvenience trying to get a price.DO NOT GO THERE!! I was so annoyed I even called and complained to Jeep. Luckily, there are plenty of other Jeep dealers around so there is absolutely NO REASON TO GO TO ROCKAWAY JEEP!!

Went in dealt with Jason b. Had no problems no issues. Everything worked out great Jason was very professional down to earth. Didn't bs, spoke the truth didn't try to take advantage of me. Sales staff was excellent everyone was courteous and very easy to talk to. They didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. They worked with my credit and I got the best option possible. Definitely have a repeat customer.
