OMG! Nicest people, you can ever ask for, Joe, beautiful, wonderful young man, and Diane the nicest lady ever. Joe took the time to help me learn how to measure the steps so I can buy a ramp for mom's wheelchair....From Yonkers he was willing to come to the Bronx, to measure it himself.....So kind, compassionate, caring and willing to help in any way possible....ordering a Gait Strap for me to help me lift mom....Diane just as wonderful. The only place to shop for anything for the elderly and many other things.....I love them, sincerely. Thank you, Joe and Diane
