I have used a few of different insurance agents over the years, but after coming over to the Robert Wilkens agency 6 years ago I can't imagine ever changing. Aside from their in-depth industry knowledge, professional and attentive customer service, and great rates, what impresses me most is their dedication their client's satisfaction above all else. What prompted me to post this review after so many years was a recent experience where my agent, John, contacted me out of the blue at my last policy renewal. He noticed the premiums had jumped up significantly, and proactively reached out to let me know he thought they were high and had contacted some different carriers for alternate quotes. Within 2 days he got back to me that he had a new carrier lined up that would save my over $600 from what my renewal quote was. How many insurance agents or agencies can you say that about?

They have saved us thousands of dollars over the years! I would recommend them to anyone looking to save money on insurance but still keeping high end coverage.

I have been a loyal customer to Robert Wilkens for the past few years. Often times referring friends and coworkers to contact them for better auto insurance quotes. All received quotes that they were happy with. Some still remaining customers. Unfortunately for me, Robert Wilkens was unable to work out a quote that was manageable for me this year so I decided to work directly with a new insurance company. However, cancelling my policy through Robert Wilkins was a nightmare due to their negligent customer service and less than prompt response time. I am extremely disappointed as I did not expect the process of cancellation to be so difficult. I will NOT be using or referring Robert Wilkins to anyone in the future. Insurance brokers today need to be more efficient in the competitive Insurance field. Unfortunately, Robert Wilkens is a little behind in the times when it comes to efficiency.
