Their customer service is terrible. There are two elderly ladies working there, and when it comes to working with watches, they don't know what they're doing. They name one price on the phone, another price when you get to the store, and then another, much higher, when they finish the job. For the simplest battery replacement, be prepared to spend 11 bucks and up.
