I have been a loyal customer for years, even through the changes, but no more. twice that I have gone there around 12:30am I would be the only one there I order something. Others come in and get there orders first. Guess what I was forgotten about. I will never return again.

It's a decent enough bagel store but there are better nearby especially across the street from elltingville train station. Service is great, place looks spotless and the prep area is in full view. Their breakfast grill stays on past 1pm for things like egg sandwiches on bagels which is why I end up eating there rather than the aforementioned better place. I usually get a plane bagel and it usually is very soft... so much so that I occasionally think it might be damp. But it tastes fresh and some people like softer bagels. Eggs and bacon also taste fresh.

I live rite by bagels r us and I rarely go in there cause they are over priced and the food they make taste like garbage so I dont even give them one star cause im sick of people overcharging for everything and then on top of it they still cant even make somethin decent to eat

I've lived on Staten Island my whole life & i've been to just about all of the 2 million bagel deli's here, on this island. This has to be the absolute cleanest deli on the entire island. Never mind that, but the bagels & the coffee are always fresh, even at 2:00am they have a fresh pot of coffee on. Their service is great. Even when the deli is packed in the morning or at lunch time, they take your order & get you out of there quickly.
They get 5-Stars in my book!
