Love it!!

Me and my mom have been going to this salon to do nails for years to Elmira and i highly recommend her!! But i never got a chance to do hair in here and i decided to die my hair brown from red. I spent 3 hours in the salon and even tho i was told at first that they would take care of it it didnt happen! So i ended up paying almost $120 for my still redish color and even my hairdresser knew that i wasnt happy with the result. when i called in advance to find out the prices i was told $70-100... So i ended up paying the highest price and left very unsatisfied not to mention the time that i wasted sitting there...

I would not recomend this salon to anyone i cut my hair and it was horrible expirience such a nightmare Kerim cut my hair and it was too short and nothing like picture i showed him i left salon looking like 15 years old boy and they dont treat customers the right way have a lot of attitude save ur hair ur time and money do not go there !

Great salon! Wonderful service and relations with customers. Josef (hair) and Svieta (nails) are absolutely the best and very professional!!!

I have NEVER written a review for a store, service, or restaurant in my life.... I would say I could write about the service, however, I walked in to make an appointment on my day off about 15 min ago, and they literally just stared at me and drank coffee (a good 5 of them) as if I didn't even exist... so I just left. I felt completely insulted. Guess getting it done in the city by professional acting staff nearby work is the way to go. Also the "blonde" chick's color job was a nightmare, so good luck with getting your hair done by her.
