Iyengar style yoga complete with equipment. Teacher is eccentric, but very good. Very hands on. Clear instructions, slow pace. Good for all levels, especially beginners.
Very nice space. All equipment provided, rope wall, mats, belts, blocks, blankets (free of charge). Small classes, plenty of space.
No disabled access (stairs). Bilingual classes (Russian and American English).
