Road Runner Transportation Services

PRO 401360920, shipment picked up for a week and tracking info shows it's in destination terminal. The info on their website is wrong and was told that they can't even update it. I call to ask when it can be delivered and was told they can't locate the shipment, told me that Ken at the origin terminal will call me back on 6/28 but never did. I think this company should ship only garbage, something with low value and won't matter if it's lost. They rates are cheap and I guess I got what I paid for.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars ! Absolutely horrible experience !!!!!!!

Do not use this company. Liars liars liars , that's the keyword . We're supposed to get a shipment in last Thursday and they told us it will not come Thursday so we asked them if we could pick it up and they advised us not to that it would be here Friday so we waited patiently and still nothing on Friday then they said Monday for hot delivery still nothing then they said Tuesday still nothing ..he's people are liars and will just tell you what you want to hear but what they say is not true do not use this company ever.still have yet to receive this item and are still being told lies. beware.

We ship about 20 skids a day. using numerous freight carriers. Road Runner Transportation & freight Line are not for normal working people. No customer service, no insurance claim. I did about 500plus shipment before writing this issue all third party companies have problem with Road Runner Transportation.
Do not Use Road Runner Transportation.

This company is the exact embodiment of nightmares. They will loose your fright. Claimed they tried to deliver it, and even if. And that a big if.......... they do deliver it. It's dirty and damaged beyond believe. How they still do business is beyond me.
