Management has no idea how to manage. They don't realize that there are 2 types of customers-those that know what they want and are ready to buy and those who have no idea what they want and need extra assistance. I understand quality of service is important but the employees should be trained to multitask. This is obviously not an important job requirement for employeesThe 2 times I went there it took like an hour just for someone to get your size and this was after I asked 4 different employees. Either they had something against me or they are in the business of not making money. The only good thing I have to say is that I found the sneakers I want an I took a picture and I purchased them online for a much cheaper price. Thanks roadrunner.:-)

Wow after going to this location and being extremely satisfied with the staff/service/selection/attention to detail. im really surprised to read some of the other reviews here on google. People really need to wake up. God forbid your renewable yearly membership renewed itself like it said it would!
ANYWAY shopped at this location the other night and when i walked in a was greated by a saleswoman who was speaking with a customer already but still took the time to acknowledge the fact that i was there. when got to the shoe wall i browsed it for a minute while the other sales girls were helping there customers. once one of them got a break she came over and radioed to someone in the back to come and help me.
Justine who helped me was awesome! i explained to her my problems and concerns. she listened asked if id like to try to the shoe dog thing and run on the tread mill to so if we could figure out and address me problem. while explain there is no obligation to buy anything if i dont like it!
Justine molded some custom insoles for me, picked out some shoes according to my earlier points i made, her choices were great, and she explained why she picked each one.
Yes she brought up the VIP membership to me, which makes sense if you are planning on buying insoles or multiple shoes or if you listen to the facts of the membership or actually are buying shoes cause your investing in you physical health. . . but yes i signed up for the membership and it saved me a ton of money. and to be honest even if it didnt, the personal one on one "care" that the sales girl Justine showed me, made me feel good about my purchase and showed me that she actually gave a crap about her job.
It all boils down to the fact that if you are a real person looking for help and not a reason to cry about good service, by all means go here and you will not be disappointed! i ran in my new shoes and insoles the next morning after buying them and i will not go anywhere else for running shoes other then Road Runner from now on!!!!!

pushy to Iet you on that absurd VIP program for overpriced shoes, then a year later THEY charge you, without consent, the VIP fee again...bastards!!

My go to place for running sneakers and gear! They have everything and the shoe dog is great at advising your needs for sneakers. Their options are many and the associates are great to guide you through any concerns or questions you may have! I recommend this place to everyone

The service there is good, but generally can be a little pushy. They will try to get you to purchase more expensive shoes and accessories. Prices for items can be good if you take some time to look.
