Kids Foot Locker

Other than the manager (who is male) and one nice cashier, all the employees are intimidating, rude, careless to the point where it's not a fun experience to come into the store and ask for a shoe. They act as if, by asking for a size, you are really inconveniencing them. I ordered online to make sure none of the employees received commission.

Just came back from this location with a REALLY bad experience. Had purchased a pair of shoes for my kid which didnt fit so took back for replacement with a different size. Woman named Kimberley attended the matter, said that there was nothing that could be done, shoes have been worn (kid wore it in the store when he got it the other day...so there is no wear and tear, receipt intact...still in sell-able condition...we went back in 2 business days). She further said that my husband's judgement was wrong in getting that size and tried her best to be loud and rude and said he was being disrespectful in speaking to her. When asked for the manager she said she WAS the manager. We had no faith in her managerial capabilities so said that we need to speak to HER manager immediately. To which she said she cannot give that information(i wonder why). Then she went behind the counter and swore behind our backs but we could still hear it. When we asked her to call the customer service right away so we could report her behavior she dialed their number and said their working hours are 9-5.
Foot locker has NO knowledge of what customer service and customer satisfaction is and obviously do not check if their employees have the ability to handle customer complaints. I will never do business with Foot Locker again. They are unprofessional, uncouth and uneducated individuals who only care about perhaps clocking in and out and wearing their emotion on their sleeve, and swear freely if someone challenges them.
