I would love to give it zero stars. This is a pediatric facility for God's sake. I called them to enquire when did my daughter take her last flu shot and they kep me on hold for 40 minutes after which I had to hang up the phone. I changed their branch, and they do not transfer the information to the newer branch and I had to call them up and ask them about the dates of last vaccination. The wait time is close to 45 minutes everytime and anytime you go. The frontdesk staff will not understand your concerns, but would immediately ask you to pay the initial copay. Can't believe how these organizations are still existent with their poor bed side manners and attitude.

Over an hour and a half wait to see doctor at the foot and ankle care. I left, who knows how long it might have been. No updates, no attempt to check in, no communication, also... oddly didn't seem like there were any other patients there, just two nurses pacing the hallway silently. My guess is the doc wasn't even on site, likely out to lunch. Maybe the doc is good, I wouldn't know, but don't go here if you have anywhere to be.

Very good never have to wait to long to see the doctor.

Few Doctor are good. The billing Dept is horrible.

1) I received 2 cheque returning my co-pay of 10$ each. A week later i received a letter stating i need to pay back 20$ as co-pay. I drived to clinic - palisade to give back 20$ and they asked to pay back to main office, as they dont have policy to accept payment for bills due. They dont have online bill payment as well. I had to share the credit card info and make the payment. and i came to know later that they write credit card info in a piece of paper and whenever they get time, they bill it in system. It was a real hassle as i keep on receiving the bill to make the payment of 20$.
2) I received a bill of 300+$ for a surgery which was not performed, and hence we did not make the payment, but they kept sending the bills and then send the info to collection agency. We paid off to avoid headache. The doctor buttgerhi..moved to a diff hospital or center, and they said we cannot speak to him on how the claim was processed.
3) I received a bill of 300+$ as insurance company denied to pay. It was claimed as accident, when there was none.
4) Received a Bill of 370$. I checked with insurance company and as per them they have already paid and its an duplicate bill that riverside has sent. I receive it every month now and they keep on insisting to make the payment, and as per them as insurance company is not paying, i am liable to pay.
5) the last bill from labcorp, riverside have their office in their center for lab testing. it states i need to pay: 1k$. and when i checked with insurance, i got to know that they have also claimed it as accident and hence need more info from me. I will send them the info and hopefully they will stop sending bills.

I hope the management is reading these reviews. They have my details in records, so I hope they would reach me and apologize.

The adult medical center is pretty bad with not professional staff and very long wait for doctors..might be worth visiting another internal medicine doctor rather than coming here and wasting your time and money..
