I didn't feel any reviews I read were accurate. I was at the Hoboken office. The place is not unsanitary as mentioned before. It IS however small & quaint. I also read she seemed hurried & didn't have time to speak to you which from my experience, found exactly opposite. Initially, we met at her desk & she asked the norm questions but also personal questions which she marked in the folder. She was very appropriate & time efficient.
