DONT MOVE TO THIS BUILDING UNLESS YOU WANT CONSTANT ISSUES! May look nice from outside but built cheap on the inside. Security is even worse. Only move in if you dont mind living in a frat house that has dunken college kids all night partying. They are just out to get your money. I will never understand why families live in this building. Clearly this place is horrible, all bad reviews besides one. Be smart and dont even bother looking at this building.

Rivergate is the ultimate corporate slumlord. After we signed lease balconies were closed with minimal and below market rate compensation. Massive renovation began with daily jackhammering. Dust entered apartment on a daily basis. After Sandy, they did not restore lobby, but instead closed lobby for massive renovation for a conference center. Lobby looks like it will be closed for months.Entrance to elevators are thru trash lined basement like hallways with renderings of future decor. A real trip. Stay away it is a nightmare.They retaliate with legal action if you complain to government agencies.
