After purchasing your car, no one in the office wants to do their job. Your calls are not returned, everyone who picks up the phone gives you the run around. I even left a message for Bobby Albert, the general manager. I resorted to filing a complaint with the New York State Attorney General.

Loved just about everything! The courtesy, the attentiveness, the level of patience it took to find the right deal for me. Bobby and Mike were fantastic. What a positive experience!

I recently visited this location and it was the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff was extremely unprofessional and poorly trained. We were first greeted by a young man named Justin who was clearly hungry for the sale, not the customer experience. When specifically asked and agreed upon to please explain what the figures where looking like to own a Jeep Grand Cherokee before running credit records and finances, the associate got up, walked over to a "manager" whom was hiding behind a computer screen and did the exact opposite of what was requested. It was made clear NOT to run any credit checks until we had an idea of how much this vehicle usually leases for. Justin said he would have to ask his manager (Theo), who looked from under his screen to see who were the people he was doing this for and aided the associate who was "helping" us. When the associate was done "talking" with the "manager", he walked over, told us we were not qualified to lease because he ran the credit check we asked him specifically not to do. When we asked him if he did or did not agree to not do this yet, the young gentleman agreed.
The problem is not the credit check, is the lack of communication between management and it's associate; and the associates understanding of what was being asked by its client. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I drove one hour to this location to get my car inspected and when i got there the service staff told me they have no inspection tickets, so no inspection could be perform. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know that (since i made my appointment a week in advance) and they said there is no way for them to know that they were going to run out of inspection tickets. Another costumer who had arrived at 7:30 am for an inspection was just learning about this issue at 9am and he when ballistic on them. This man spend one hour and a half in that location and he walked empty handed. The staff told me to wait and at 9:30 am they took my car in because the inspection tickets "arrived" They asked me to return after my inspection was done. 11:30 am came back to pick up my car and still no inspection was performed. I asked why and they said that they still have to inspection tickets so no inspection was done. TOTALLY poor managed location.
