Thank you Ian & John for such great service. I went in to have my flat fixed and they accommodated me immediately and graciously. When I asked if I could watch, Ian brought me a chair and said of course. I admitted that I don’t really know how to change a flat or much else past riding and shifting gears he told me about a class they give to enlighten riders. Sign me up! He also said I can come by and if he is slow he will walk me through things that a rider should know. He was awesome and went above and beyond being accommodating and making me feel very comfortable about learning more about the mechanics! I will stopping by and always coming back if I have and cycling needs. Thank you!

Very helpful and extremely honest!

Shafiek the guy with the weird name according to him lol was very helpful. Has an old school vibe and knows his craft. I came in and left out in no time great service and really gave my bike a good tune up and fixed my flat will recommend friends and family to go here.

I bought my bike there and have used them for service ever since. I'll admit the owner can very blunt (even rude), but he is knowledgable.

Update: Bicycle got stolen and the proprietor couldn't find the time to dig up my receipt after being a loyal customer for a year. Luckily my insurance paid on fair market value.

Called to see if they can check over my new bike to make sure I put it together correcetly before I biked 40miles in a Diabetes tour event... tells me it will cost $80!!! YA RIGHT! RIPOFF. Asked him if I could still bring the bike down to just inflate the tires, say's it will still cost me. Listen, I have no problem paying a couple bucks for that, but give me a break. Told him I might just take it down to the gas station to do so then, he yelled at me to go take it there. RUDE POS. Definitley not going there to get the water bottle holder, lights or bike lock like I had planned to do.
