River Edge has been very responsive to my inquiries and concerns and the Super, Vincent, does a great job of making sure you are taken care of. A fair and competent management company is hard to find in Hudson County. River Edge should be regarded as a model for management companies that refuse to address tenants' needs in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. I give River Edge "two thumbs up".

I've lived in 2102 Kennedy Blvd union city NJ for 1 year and had a great experience . The neighborhood is very quiet and safe takes 15min(NonPeak Hours) and 25 minutes (Peak Hours)to Mid Town NYC and bus stop right out front. The private buses run in 2-5 mins interval.Best place live for NYC working people. The apartment is great size for the cost of heat and hot water and trash removal included.
Regarding management ,they are very kind and helpful. Dave from River Edge Management is so helpful and flexible while making my contract.Maria is also very prompt and helpful.Thanks to River Edge Management for making my stay in USA memorable.

The apartment is great size for the cost with heat and hot water included. Best apartment you can get for how close to NYC and price. The super attend is always very friendly and hard working. Moving because of my job location has changed

I had very good experience with this management especially the manager Esther. I booked apartment but could not moved in due to my sudden job transfer. But they understand my problem and refunded my full money back. I really appreciate there kind respons. Thank you!

Everytime i have an issue they help me out everytime! They are sympothetic and compassionate towards their tenants.
