May 3rd we arranged appointment at 6 pm But you changed the time to view apartment earlier to be 4 pm.
May 5th you called early morning almost 9 am to view apt again at 12 pm, we allowed you to view apt again. You asked how the proceeding of application.We advised you come to office so we can explain and more details but After that we never heard from you.
May 14th Saturday, you called around 12 pm to gain access for showing fiancée at that moment meanwhile you were in front of building and showed up without advance appointment. The worker advised you to make appointment. We informed you we could not show because there had application under review.
For showing apt due to changing the time and short notice we had to disturb the worker to allowing you gain access. For accompany you, you was ok to meet at premise (If you would like to meet at office we are welcome).
