Ridiculous wait time on the phone 90% of the time. Hold forever, then often cut off. Never get C-pap products when scheduled and they always have an excuse, and last time I called (it usually takes 3-4 calls minimum to get refills) they told me my insurance approval had just come through that day. I checked online and it had gone through a week earlier! When the C-pap mask replacement arrived it was the wrong one! Not even matching my prescription.

Horrible! You wait on hold forever and then they pick and right away hang up.
the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I keep speaking to the supervisors which apologizes but I had to call 50 times to speak to one

When we chose this service, we had no choice in the matter after being denied service by Medstar supply company. I have to give credit to these people because it's deserved. They really got me out of a pickle when the other company was willing to let my father go without oxygen because of a small technicality that wasn't even any of their business or information that they needed to know. They (Ritecare) delivered at the last minute and without any hassles. I want to thank you for caring when my dad and I needed you most urgently!!!
