Do not go here. Everyone who works here has an IQ of -5. If you need an Rx, go down the street to Treymore.

I had a really awful experience with one Rite Aid Manager called Richi. This Rite Aid Store is located at 110-88 Queens Boulevard Flushing, NY 11375. Three week ago, I went to Rite Aid to make an order of developing one 35mm film roll and transferring all the digital files of the photography to a CD. The receipt significantly writes, “develop and CD only (no prints).” However, after one week of finishing my order, I am going to pick up. The assistant working in Rite Aid store made a mistake. They developed my film roll and printed each photo twice, rather than developed my film roll and scanned the photography and transferred the digital files of my photography into a CD.

Thus, when I found this issue, I talked to Rite Aid manager Richi. Richi told me that it’s my fault. I didn’t order a CD. He would try to send back the pack and give me a CD including all the digital files of my images one week later. After a week, I went to Rite Aid store and talk to the manager Richi again. Richi said, the store cannot scan and transfer the digital files of the photography into the CD. At this time, I felt unhappy and complained the massy situation to Richi. Under my pressure, Richi agreed to finish my order within another one week. Unfortunately, one week later, I went to Rite Aid and talked to Richi again. He said the store cannot scan and transfer the digital images into a CD again. However, there is another woman assistant working in Rite Aid. She said, she can do it for me within one hour. Additionally, the woman assistant also found out the receipt of my order. The receipt exactly shows “develop and CD only (no prints).”

This experience is horrible. The receipt apparently notes “develop and CD only (no prints)”.

Richi is a f cking liar. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with Richi’s working attitude and Richi’s behavior.
