Its pretty overpriced, and stuffy also they never have anything I want. Target 14th St. or the Duane Reade Path Plaza is better.

The most unorganized pharmacy I have ever been to. I actually feared they might've gotten my prescription mixed up the way they conduct buisness. I was asked to come back 40 minutes later; returned 1 hour later and still made me wait. I only had one prescription. Unacceptable.

The pharmacy people were unable to process my claim with the insurance for a flu shot. So I had to pay the pharmacy & take it up on me to process the claim with the insurance company. The insurance got back asking me to provide a procedure code which would be available with the pharmacist or their corporate office. But they are unwilling to give it to me. They just say we don't have it. They got their money and now they don't care to help.
Now because of these people's attitude I am unable to claim the money from the insurance.
Don't ever pay from your pocket if they ask you to pay up and then request for claim from the insurance.

Negative 5 is what i would give. OMG!!!! terrible store .PLEASE DO NOT GO even if it were ONLY store open. I m not surprized at the reviews here. I usually hate giving negative reviews but i m so angry. Text wouldnt let me post my entire complaint. But extremely rude lady with camera. veryslow and very rude staff ever is best description of this horrible place.
