Rite Aid Pharmacy

Hated it! The staff has no knowledge of pharmacy law and regulations. The store is very disorganized as well. All I can say about these people are overpaid and have very little knowledge of anything for that matter

This store is one of the most depressing places in Hoboken. The staff seems to be completely demoralized. They have not been trained in even the most basic understanding of where things are in the store or how to provide service in a timely manner. The whole place just reeks of poverty and depression. I don't blame the employees at all. This feels like a top down decision to keep costs low. The store itself feels like a 1950s warehouse, painted a dull brown with severe (and outdated) fluorescent lighting. There is no decor, no attempt to make this anything more than a a really hopeless, miserable place. I went in there today to buy some Zinc lozenges (they had never heard of them), and I left immediately, reminding myself that a trip to this store is not a neutral experience. It is totally depressing.

I went into this store yesterday and ny first reaction was filthy!
