It took them an hour and a half to prepare a Z-pak, and I still had to wait again when I came to pick it up. Other customers were complaining and had been waiting for a long time, too. I wish Duane Reade still took my insurance . . .

I love lerline the cashier she is very patient and respectful to customers. When you go there ask for her. Good customer service lerline.
