Worst store in the world. Always a line no matter the time. Calling corporate doesn't work. Go to CVS 3 blocks away. Always friendly and quick service.

I really like this store basically because of the 20% I get off with every purchase. It's an easy go-to place. But ever since they renovated the service went downhill. The lines take forever to move in the regular part of the store. Forget about the pharmacy. If you're told your prescription will be ready in x amount of time, add an extra hour onto that. The line takes longer there than in the regular part!

Store is very clean and great staff. Management is very nice. I will be shopping in the store more often much better then the store on Crosby avenue.

- Terrible #74318
This pharmacy is terrible! There is always a new face behind the counter which means explaining a situation several times to no avail. Being told to come back the next day, does not help, especially when a specific medication only has a 7-day window from the time the prescription is written to the time when supposedly the medication will be ready at the pharmacy. When there is lack of communication among staff, this reflects poorly on the pharmacy. How is a customer the point of contact if s/he has never been on the medication and is unfamiliar with the procedure? When the pharmacy asks the doctor's office to get a number, why can't this pharmacy just call the doctor's office instead of asking the customer? When the doctor's office can't call the insurance company until the pharmacy gives them the number, why can't the pharmacy just give the number either to the customer or to the doctor's office? It's the number that pops up on the pharmacist's screen. Due to this non-communication, I am forced to wait another two weeks and have more tests and doctors visits until I can get another prescription. These visits and tests are expensive and more so since I have to take vacation time from work just to go to the doctors' offices. Who will pay for that expense?
There was another incompetant mishap at this pharmacy where I filled my prescription and waited in the store until the medication was ready for pick up. The employee said that I could not pick it up since I did not have any more refills. Why do refills matter? Seeing as how I just filled the prescription about an hour ago, how could I possibly be out of it if I did not even have the medication yet? The employee checked again and said it was their system and apologized for the mistake.
The pharmacy must understand that it deals with people's lives and cannot afford errors.
