Deadbeats. I've had a washer/dryer from these jokers for 35 days and have been unable to complete a load of laundry without flooding my apartment and they've jerked me around for longer than I care to admit. Don't buy anything from these fools. When they do answer their support line they lie, but most of the time you just sit on hold, sometimes indefinitely. Uncaring, untrustworthy makers of junk.

In March 2014 I got a stove, sink and refreigerator unit from Felix Storch Inc., through Kees Appliance in Aberdeen, NC. When plugged in it sparked and smoked. Sent unit back. Ordered just 2 burner stove top. Unit came dented. Returned it and was sent a second one. Front burner did not work and surface light stayed on all the time. Returned that unit. Was sent another unit(4th experience with Summit/Felix Storch Inc.). Surface light will not go off on this unit either. Have had 15-20 conversations withn them since March. Most times put on hold or told to leave a message, and when finally speaking with a person, have been disconnected 3 times. The manager, Ken, simply tries to talk through me without listening. Can't tell you how disappointed I am in such a lack of service or interest in these faulty products. It has been 3 1/2 months of frustration trying to reach someone who can be of help to me. After receiving 4 of your cooktops, it is obvious that you cannot produce one that works properly. I would like my money refunded to end this unpleasant experience.

I am on hold for the umpteenth time as I write this. Summit delivered a defective refrigerator several months ago. The repairman the company sent told me the compressor looked damaged and probably couldn't be fixed. I was so frustrated by the subsequent runaround I offered to buy a new fridge at cost. And guess what? Summit agreed to send me the same brand at full retail price. My husband simply won't agree to that. It's rather unfair that a company won't stand behind a product. A Mr. Cohen (Coen?) has been particularly rude and obnoxious

Called them seven weeks after ordering a Northland fridge that was supposed to be ready in four to six weeks. They just said I have to wait another two weeks (bringing it to a total wait of nine weeks) and then just hung up the phone on me! Not the slightest courtesy of trying to get a quicker delivery from Northland. These guys surely do enjoy their monopoly!
