OMG ..... WHAT NASTY PEOPLE .....HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THEIR RUDE TREATMENT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

The worst day as a customer ever, unbelievable!!!!! Rude cashiers, Worse manager (Stella). They make you feel like a criminal if you use coupons. I went today and the manager don't know how Rite Aid Coupon Policy work, Also she said they would call the police if I didn't left the store. The employee (Theo) (Racist), I ask if he could read the policy and his answer was that if it was in French because he don't speak English, and he kept talking in French several words that i don't know its meaning, Everyone in this store should be fired or a better training before they get any charge...

I was so happy that Walgreen's moved into the neighborhood. Now I have a pharmacy that is friendly, informative and helpful. No more waiting a minimum of 1 hour for the simplest of medicines. This Riteaid needs new help. I walked in today and the cashiers were having a loud argument behind the counter! The pharmacy staff should try listening to people.I need non-child proof caps and when I had to go back to have a childproof cap taken off was told that they didn't have any and they had to make one. The other caps were easier for them to put on. I'm so glad for them. Meanwhile I can't get the cap off when I get home!. Avoid the aggravation- Go to Walgreens

I started going to walgreens pharmacy where they are friendly and quick. Most of the staff doesn't help you and walk around with attitudes.
