The best local natural market on the island. Great selections, awesome prepared food, smoothies, juices, fresh organic produce, etc. Lovely, helpful staff always add to the pleasure of stopping in, and really clean too. A gem of a store!

i stop in this amazing health and wellness store called rising tides today looking for a snack and i was shown this dark chocolate organic bar that was out of this world.i cant wait to try the smoothies and all thier other goods..keep up the great service guys and ladies...long live natural health rising tides is a leader in that quest
