THE WORST SERVICE!!!! DONT BOTHER WITH THE PLACE! Expect for Nick who came to save the day, He deserves a raise but Unless you want random people entering in your room because front desk gave them access. Dont come unless you like to share terrances and balconies with random strangers... They also gave our original room to other guests so we had to switch rooms 5 freakin times just to end up in a room we didnt even pay for!!! The Worst Service in a hotel i have a ever encountered. A must not come! Unless you like the awkardness ofcourse.

Basic rooms, friendly staff but not very well organized.

This was my first hotel of choice. I love it. The room was vintage and cool and great guest service from the staff. It's walking distance to the world trade center, battery park, local bars and restaurants. I'm coming back here next year.

Although they advertised with a kitchenette there wasn't any cutlery, pots or pan present.
The people working there was helpful, and there was a nice atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, albeit they seemed too big to pull off the theme of the hotel

Un magnifique hotel avec un très bon concept.
Un accueil au top.
Mais quel dommage : des travaux en face, dans l'hotel... Marteau piqueur dès 6h30 du matin...
