Friendly . Not as greedy as big banks.
Example : when I was living in NYC
I had a few overdrafts . After calling and talking to a human being
They took away charges and they didn't charge m xtra when using other atm's like other banks. At big bank they refused to remove overdraft fee even though it was first time . I now realize how good they were
I had to switch to big bank because I moved to nj .they have no branches in nj.
