Richfield Village Apartments

My experience at Ridgefield Village is the wonderful help I received from Juna Luna. I was having problems pertaining to my apt and she was extremely helpful. She is a great person to talk to and a great spirit. They revamped the system to pay rent . I was so nervous about the change but Juna Luna said don't worry honey, she made me feel very comfortable

I'd like to acknowledge Assistant Manager Juana Luna's help in what I thought might be a big problem. Richfield Village had recently revamped its rent payment process, and, since I was using an automatic payment plan that had been set up many years before, I didn't anticipate a smooth transition to the new system. I couldn't have been more wrong. To my surprise Juana contacted me, and offered to personally handle the arrangements. A quick visit to her office and everything was taken care of. She could not have been more helpful or professional. Really, all the office staff at Richfield Village have always been there when I needed help.

Wrost!! They have CAVE CRICKETS AND SPIDERS everywhere and Crack in the wood Floor, Heat Makes Loud Sounds Like someone fired a Gun. Maintenance is horrible, it was more than year they still didnt fix any of the issues, I refuse to pay them rent till, i fixed it and they sent their lawyer after me. The staff is not helpful at all, they are bunch of bullied, Diana Penn the VP of property manger is worst, she pretend she cares and than sends her bully Lawyer after you. The water taste Funny, told them to check the pipes still no respond.

I've lived at Richfield Apts for ten years now and find the place to be a serene, secure environment. Any time I have a maintenance problem, somebody is there to fix it in a reasonable amount of time after I report it. The maintenance employees are all pleasant and efficient at their work when they enter my apartment. Dave, in particular, has shown himself to be extremely knowledgeable, reliable and friendly in all matters related to the experience of living here over the years. I'd also like to mention Adrian, who patrols the grounds constantly in his duties. He is not only a good worker and kind, but his mere presence is a great security measure for all the residences... makes us feel safe to see him driving around the area all day, every day.

Linda from the maintenance office continues to be very friendly over the phone and always listens to my needs and concerns related to the needs of my apartment. She is efficient and prompt with dispatching staff to my apartment to rectify any complications that arise. She makes undesirable circumstances tolerable knowing she will help fix them.
Carl from maintenance was a pleasure to have in my apartment. He was pleasant and friendly. He cleaned up after himself and was a joy to interact with while he was tending to repairs in my apartment. Excellent service and very knowledgeable.
