Richards Automobile Driving

My daughter is learning to drive with Richards Driving School, she has been doing one 45 minute lesson a week. Just found out that recently the instructor Richard has been saying inappropriate things to her, nothing suggestive towards her but comments about his sex life, past and present, probing questions about her boyfriend, what's he do, what's he like, how is he in bed etc... not friendly chatting but he asks the questions in a way that she find uncomfortable and the depth of them too. They drove past a lady on the street today and he said "I've had sex with her". He is pressurising her to do lots of lessons in a week, I made do with one one 45 minute lesson a week when she learns. Anyway she wants to change the driving school understandably, she won't complain, however I will and have asked her to compile a list of things that he has done. This school is an unsafe environment for anyone that is looking for professional lessons.

The "Bilingual" instructor Elvin speaks poor English and poor Spanish. When inquiring about package services and cost, I was responded to inappropriately and informed that my questions were "out of place". They claim they are certified driving instructors( HA!!) but they need to learn both manners and customer service in order to become a professional business in the United States . I dont know how the services are in the Dominican Republic but in this country customers are allowed to inquire about services before making any payment. You should only go there if you enjoy getting poor customer service.

I'd love to give them a zero but I somehow can't. It was probably my fault for not doing more research before buying a package as well. Richard was very unprofessional and was often late for every appointment I made with him. Which is what this school really offers. He forgot to take me for my road test and told me that I don't an appointment. I called him several times to reschedule my road test date but yet to hear from him. Its been over a month now and I guess I'm not getting my money back either. What a total waste of my time and money :(

This school was a really bad choice of mine. The instructor made me miss my road test because he went to the wrong road test site. What a waste of my money... I can't even take my road test and have to wait another month again. Bad driving school

They are the best driving school I would tell everybody to go with them
