The service here is overpriced. If you shop around, you could easily find a better price. With that in mind, the location is what attracted me for service, I did not want to travel far out of my commute for car repair. The communication was poor and I was told items with my job were done which were not. I was told my custom exhaust was welded and that was not the case. I was lead back in for service due to my car being suddenly disabled on the road, the exhaust dropped WHILE I was driving. I decided to take my car to someone else after my disabled return. After I took it to a better mechanic, I was shown my secondary 0² sensor was hit with weld which caused the car to go into limp mode. These sensors are very sensitive, pun not intended. I didn't appreciate the "now I have to do this, its a bigger job than I thought attitude" I received when I had the job done initially. I was very clear on the custom job I needed done. Its like I was an inconvenience. I am a paying customer. It was not a favor being done, and there certainly was no deal being given at any rate for the job. I wish I was told "we can't do this job" it would have been easier for them and I. Last but not least, my rear bumper was scratched. It was unoticable, but I hand wash my car frequently, so I am aware of all cosmetic blemishes. It's obvious my recommendations of this shop. Buyer BEWARE.

I maintain my car in this shop many times; however, I was very upset this morning for the service. My wife and two kids went to the shop to see if it can replace the battery for us. We would like to know the price and availability before the installation. The shop asked my wife to take a walk, then he would call her for the price and availability.
My wife called back and asked the shop the same questions again and told him that please do not install the new battery until letting her know the price. Guess, what happened? The shop installed the battery and asked for the money. It also told my wife that it would charge her $250 if she did not want to this new battery. My wife told him that it is not fair and the shop began to curse her in front of two kids with "f" word. We will never go to this shop again. It is a "good weather" shop. If you will agree with all the payments it desire, it will work for you. Otherwise, it will curse you with no respect.
