I wish I could do half a star, because that's really all this place is worth. I ordered a shrimp pan fried noodles, I literally got a styrofoam take out bowl with burnt noodles and a jar full of the vegetables and the sauce. Then the egg rolls were basically grease, it was just an all-round but experience and I will never recommend this place to anyone ever.

Place has no customer service.
Wanted to place an order but only for one person And the lady on the phone told me my order was to small and it was to far and you cannot she even tried to charge me extra for wanting to substitute my egg roll for a soup on top of that now there is an 18 dollar minimum for deliveries. SINCE WHEN? I've been ordering takeout from RICE BOWL for years even knew one of the old owners that would deliver a soda if you wanted I'm disappointed in the new ownership for the laziness. Won't be ordering from here again.

Take out is fine. But if one is dining in its the worst possible experience ever. The young lady at counter seemed to have issues which she happily takes out on customers. The menu is useless since they never have those items even during lunch hr. The food is decent though can't blame the chief for bad service.

The ABSOLUTE worst place! They came out to my complex leaving menus yet there was an $18 MIN for delivery! We are 2 miles away from the locations. The ordered was placed exactly an hour and forty minutes ago. We've called twice and they said it's in the way. Unfortunately, we aren't going to accept the order IF it comes because I'm sure it's cold. I wish I would have read reviews on Google and GRUBHUB before ordering.

I ordered fried half chicken and paid for it along with four other items. Got chicken wings instead without them even showing me the courtesy of asking whether they can substitute a menu item that I had already paid for. The lobster lo mein literally had two tiny pieces of lobster. When I called to address my concern, she flat out told me that they don't have fried chicken and that's why I received wings instead, then yelled Okay?!!! And hung up. Avoid this place like the plague, horrible!!!!
